WHERE ARE ISAMAYA PRODUCTS MADE?
All ISAMAYA Beauty products are manufactured in Italy.
ARE ISAMAYA PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE AND VEGAN?
All ISAMAYA Beauty products are cruelty free and the majority of our products are vegan, and noted in the Ingredients section of each product page. We limit our use of animal-derived ingredients as much as possible.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?
Email customerservice@isamaya.com and we’ll assist you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response via email.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the ISAMAYA BEAUTY community benefits.
I ORDERED SOMETHING BY MISTAKE. CAN I BE REFUNDED?
If you ordered something by mistake or you changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to offer you a refund. If you have already received a tracking number and would like to be refunded, please contact us customerservice@isamaya.com.

located in all U.S. states. Shipping costs shall be entirely borne by the Customer in advance of shipment, however standard ground shipping shall be included for orders over $40.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States and European Union. Additionally, we are stocked at Selfridges, Moda Operandi & Dover Street Parfums Market in Paris, France.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN MARKED DELIVERED, BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED TO ME?
Please contact the courier directly to inquire about the status of your shipment, clicking on the link provided after purchase or using the tracking number provided to file a claim. If you need further assistance contact us as customerservice@isamaya.com.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please email customerservice@isamaya.com if you’d like to return your order or submit a request through the “Returns” section in your customer account. Please note that we cannot accept any returns for opened products. You can check our Shipping & Returns page for further information.
