What is The Core Community?
The Core Community is the ISAMAYA Beauty loyalty program. A place where you can earn points while you shop & redeem rewards and perks.
How can I join The Core Community?
If you are a new customer, you can sign up to The Core Community by creating an account with us. Customers with existing accounts will need to sign in to activate their membership. Once activated, your spend will count toward your next tier upgrade.
How do I view my points balance and tier status?
You can view your points balance and tier status on this page, once logged in or at checkout (if enrolled)
When does my spend apply to my point balance/tier status?
You will see your spend reflected in your tracker 14 days after placing your order.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for ISAMAYA Beauty vouchers and other exclusive rewards.
How can I redeem my points?
Once you have enrolled, you will be able to redeem on this page above.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire after 12 months. You will receive an email reminder before your points expire.
What happens to my points when I return or cancel an order?
Returned or canceled orders will not accrue spend towards your tier status. Spend is issued 14 days after your order date.
Can I redeem points with an ISAMAYA purchase made from partnering retailers?
No, Qualifying spend applies exclusively to purchases made on isamaya.com. Purchases made from retail partners are not included toward tier or point status.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?
No, you are only able to redeem one reward per transaction.
Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
There are no limits to the number of points you can earn.
Is there a minimum spend for redeeming rewards?
To redeem a voucher reward, you must spend at least $60.
