What is the fabric made of?

The patent-protected InstaMelt™ Fabric Technology is made from a water-soluble polymer that is developed in a lab.

Where do I dissolve it?

InstaMelt™ Fabric Technology will dissolve in water within 60 seconds. You can dissolve it in your shower, sink, bath, or toilet. We recommend dissolving during incidental water use to keep your water footprint minimal. If you're not near water, that's no problem – the fabric will break down in landfill within 7 days.

What is the packaging made of?

The Refill Pouch is 100% plastic-free and home compostable. It’s made from kraft paper and a wood-pulp barrier. The Canister is 100% aluminum.

Does it contain microplastics?

No, our fabric does not break down into microplastics. We’ve completed the International Water Services Flushability Group (IWSFG) flushability testing and passed IWSFG PAS1:2020. We’ve also completed microplastic and biodegradability testing with third-party laboratories.

How long will these wipes last?

Each refill pouch contains 120 wipes, which will last you 8 weeks if used twice a day, or 16 weeks if used once a day.

How can I ensure my wipes stay fresh and moist?

Keep the wipes inside the refill pouch – even once placed in the canister. You can trim the pouch to fit. To keep every wipe evenly coated, turn the canister upside down every few days to redistribute the serum.

Are they vegan, cruelty-free, and recyclable?

Yes. Our wipes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The packaging is compostable, and the wipes themselves are fully dissolvable – no microplastics, no landfill footprint.
