    Love The product but

    I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. I contacted you because my order was missing the lipstick, and the glow stick arrived completely empty. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like anyone really cared or made an effort to resolve the issue.

    I have been a loyal customer and have reordered your lipsticks because I genuinely love them. But when a good customer has an issue and receives this kind of response, it makes me reconsider continuing to support the company.

    I’m very disappointed, and sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

    Oh.My.Gawd! I absolutely adore everything about this lipstick. Its packaging is so fun, the lipstick tube with magnetic closure is something fierce and not over the line. And, oh child. Let’s not forget that the Bluff lipstick is a luscious pillar of gleaming, shimmery peach with pink undertones that are flattering on almost any complexion. I haven’t bought lipstick in years, but this ride is brilliant!
